What's The Best Way To Save Your Relationship - Here's Exactly What You Need To Know

>

A relationship, whether it is with your spouse your love, is bound to get difficult. The first few months or years of intimacy with your partner may fade away and both of you may have more fights and communicate less. You might find out that, as time passes by, you might have less in common with your partner. A third party could come into the picture, wreaking havoc to your fragile relationship.

As a result of such factors, you are bound to feel resentment, worried, angry, sad, or stressed. Problems in your relationship can even affect other aspects of your life like your relationships with family, friends, and co-workers. Problems in your relationship may be temporary, or they may spell doom for you and your partner/spouse. The easy way is to let go of your relationship. But you might also feel that you can still save your relationship; that things can still get better.

If you feel that you can still save you relationship, then you are on the right track. This is not an easy task and you might even experience setbacks in your quest to save your relationship. There are a lot of ways to do this. But the best way to save your relationship comes from your heart.

Just like any other problem, the first step to saving your relationship is to jot down the entire positive attributes of your relationship and try to remember the things that made your relationship work. Second, write on the things that you think are the hindrances or problems of your relationship. What problems on the list should you try to solve? What are the most pressing issues that plague your relationship? When you have done all these, both of you must sit down and discuss the main problem and the potential solution.

Both of you should also pick on ideas about the other things you can do to bring harmony to your relationship. These ideas could include a family fun day, a family meeting afternoon, or even a "date night." Sometimes, spending too much time apart can ruin a relationship. Thus, you and your spouse/partner might want to spend more time together. A good start to saving your relationship is reconnecting with your partner.

The whole process can take time and there is always the possibility that the other party is not willing to reconnect right away. If you cannot tackle your issues alone, both of you can seek outside help like marriage counseling or spiritual assistance. You must not lose hope. If there is love, and if both of you are willing the make a fresh start, there is no reason why you cannot save your relationship.

What's Love Got To Do With It?

What's Love Got To Do With It?Tina Turner, that dynamic diva of pop/soul/R&B from the '60s to the '90s, sings like a woman whose life story is every bit as rough and tough as her voice. And What's Love Got to Do With It, based on her autobiographical account (in I, Tina, written with Kurt Loder) of her years under the iron fist of her abusive husband and musical partner/Svengali Ike, is further proof of what we've always known about Tina: She's what you call a survivor. The movie is sort of the Disney version of Tina Turner's story--a glossy but thoroughly enjoyable, old-fashioned showbiz biopic with laughs, tears, great music, and outrageous (but faithful) period decor, costumes, makeup, and hairstyles. Our Heroine triumphs not only over the rigorous demands of her career in the music business, but finally manages to bust out of her troubled, violent marriage as well and become her own person. This is a movie that'll have you shouting at the top of your lungs: "You go, girl!" --Jim Emerson
