The biggest mistake that you can make when a man is continuously making fun of you is by pretending that all is well and it is all going to go away. You need to let him know that all is not well and that you do not like the way he is behaving with you and he needs to stop.
Keep some distance from him for a while
If he doesn't stop then you have to create a bit of a distance between the two of you and become a little detached. That will make him feel that his behavior is affecting you adversely and that he should put an end to this pathetic act.

Tell him that you are not going to tolerate his attitude
Give him a warning that if he doesn't stop then you have had enough with his attitude. He needs to know that there are consequences to every act of his.
Show him how immature he is being
As a direct consequence of his behavior show him his own immaturity by making fun of him in the same way as he does of you. If you pay him back in the same coin he will learn his lesson immediately.
